Coaching & consulting

Coaching and Consulting are two sides of the same coin: Marcia asks essential questions that allow the voice of the individual or organization to come forth.  Like a conductor, Marcia listens holistically for dissonance and measures that are out of tune.  She then seeks to find the reasons and put things back in balance and harmony.



Speaking, training, & facilitation

The goal of speaking, training and facilitation are different ways to engage an audience, group, or a team.  Each is a means to give something away which is a measurable attribute for inspiration, joy, and to have the participant learn more about him or herself and the gifts and challenges of learning from others.



Leadership development

With over 25 years in the field of leadership, Marcia understands what it takes to develop leaders.  She understands that leadership isn’t something you put on like a trench coat, but it is developed day in and day out through hard work and intention.  It is something forged from within and is uniquely played out in the different temperaments, gifts, talents, and unique situations that form the leadership and character.  


 
 
Marcia has offered me vast insight regarding not only my issue but also invaluable self-reflection. Her ability to immediately build rapport, actively listen, probe, and paraphrase has me on a very strong path toward achieving my goals. I am currently on the second of my sessions with Marcia, and she is an amazing resource to me.
